Thank you Fossil blog for writing about me (and editing me, I sometimes cuss too much).
Also, I sent a newsletter today to let all my favorite people know that I have some new things in the shop. If you want to be in the know, sign up on the left over there, it is easy.
Lets meet some of our new players shall we?
This is Lacy Panties, I just call em like I see em ya'll.
The Last Drop, 18x18 inches, 200 usd.
Newest biggie, Dr. Riversong. Anyone know where I got that name? hmmmmm? No googling.

Really loving these new paintings, especially Dr. Riversong. The colors are stunning!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet you hate it when people compare your work to other artists but sometimes I got to call 'em as I see 'em too. Lacy Panties reminds me of a Helen Frankenthaler.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting for me to see the differences in your work. Some are very ethereal, others are melodic, others have a syncopation and yet others seem like you might have been pissed off. Do you find you work changes with your mood or do these different attributes come from some other inspiration?
Shit, Blogger's not letting me leave this comment.
I have no idea where the name came from but Dr. Riverstrong is awesome! Love It.
ReplyDeleteOops....Riversong :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh! you guys are all so funny. I don't mind being compared to Frankenthaler, but there is no way to do so, you see she is AMAZING, and I am but a humble painter to her stunning brilliance.
ReplyDeleteRiverstrong is a fab name!
no idea where you got the name but it. is. killing. me.
ReplyDeletethose colors!!! it's like an underwater mermaid kaleidoscope or nighttime dreamy jasmine and crickets and gold dust and happiness.
LOVE IT!
would it be weird to have your paintings all over my house?
be honest.
beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHoly cow. Dr. Riversong looks just like staring into the river. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou guys need to watch more Doctor Who! I love Riversong! She's my favorite!! :D
ReplyDeleteYeah! Gigi you are so smart. Yes it is after Dr. Who's.....wife? Email me your address :)
ReplyDeleteI am loving Dr. Riversong!! Wowie!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous all of it. I thought Riversong was from Joni Mitchell's "River" song :)
ReplyDeleteI found your work and blog a couple of weeks ago and very much enjoy your work. I've started painting abstracts lately as I had yet to try them. I usually prefer collage over painting, but I'm feeling a shift. And, as an interior designer I'm enjoying seeing how you are transforming your home. Glad I found you.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Lacy Panties. Feels so watercolory. Love it.
ReplyDeleteMy cousin recommended this blog and she was totally right keep up the fantastic work!

Loved to read your blog. I would like to suggest you that traffic show most people read blogs on Mondays. So it should encourage blogger to write new write ups over the weekend primarily.
